Captured this moment while out on a walk around the neighbourhood just before sundown. I got out of the apartment to get some fresh air and to clear my mind. The weather is getting colder here, but the palm trees and sunshine makes the winter a lot more bearable. I'm going to miss this when I move back to London.

Hello, hello! I know it's been a very long time. I didn't intend to take such a long break from blogging but it just sort of happened. Well, I'm back now! As you read in the post title: Charleston!! Yes I'm a Londoner now living in the U S of A. I moved to the next chapter in my life and it brought me to Charleston, South Carolina. I've been here since August and now I can honestly say I have completely settled into the southern way of life :) Where the sun is always shining bright even on a cold winters day, where the pace of life is slightly slower because you just have stop and admire all the beauty around you and where the tea is oh so sweet!
For now I'll leave you with some more photo's of Charleston...

Just before we all went back home for the Christmas holidays, a few of my friends and I decided on the spur of the moment to take a trip down to St Albans. I'm all for spontaneous trips, they are simply the best. I think they need to happen more often. It keeps life a little more interesting. We spent our day wondering the streets and markets, eating good food, planning future holidays, sight seeing and shopping. It was a good day.

Hello, hello and a belated happy new year to you all! Even though we're well into the first month I had to wish you ( better late than never! ) The picture above is the current mood for today, lets hope it stays like this and that 2015 will be a good one. A few of my goals for this year are:
-to travel as much as I can
-working harder and more efficiently
-finding a balance of everything
-being more present
-taking my vitamins
-and blogging often
Did you make any resolutions or goals? How are they going so far?
